The Happy Losing App provides an interactive App based platform for India’s first - Medically Supervised Weight Loss Programme, led by an Endocrinologist. This Cloud based Platform-engagement App includes Food Logging Tools both Online/Offline (including Indian Food Database), customised Diet plans, Exercise Logging Tools, Intelligent Coaching System, Intelligent Grocery Lists, daily Motivational Instructions, as well as Fitness Wearable integration to make this a versatile purpose-built next-generation Calorie Counter tool.

At Happy Losing, we truly believe that the complexity and interrelationships of obesity is best dealt through a platform-based system, where your personal Dietician and programme Doctors - have complete visibility into your progress and encourage you to be accountable to yourself. It’s a meal by meal, step by step, day by day approach, with proven results. Happy Losing Weight-loss and Fitness tracking App helps our clients track their progress, learn about the foods that they eat, and make them mindful of their choices amongst other things. After all, what gets measured gets done. Therefore, the App along with its rich features, is an important component of our promise for delivering sustainable weight-loss, alongside better overall health and well-being.

Our new platform enabled program takes a multi-dimensional wellness approach to weight-loss for overweight clients employing clinically proven and effective management systems. How it works:
Once your account is created in Happy Losing App, you can login and access your daily meal plan as recommended by your Dietician/Endocrinologist, Grocery List, Log foods and Exercise to track your daily amount of calories consumed or burned during exercise, and compare those numbers with what has been established by your Dietician/Endocrinologist. Happy Losings cloud account also allows logging online via a web based portal. Regardless if you log on your phone or the cloud account, all data is synchronized up and down. This logged information can then be viewed and monitored by your Dietician/Endocrinologist for better coaching and compliance to your personal plan.
